Paul Mollins – Man of Many Hats (Water Treatment Technician and Operations Manager, Floor Sweeper)

Paul has been the proud owner of RenuWater since 2009 when he purchased the business that has been in operation since the 1970’s. He has a diverse technical background spanning from welding and fitting on offshore oil rigs, to quality assurance, systems processes and environmental, Health & Safety with Hewlett Packard and Acupressure Therapy/Chinese Traditional Medicine. The skills and knowledge that supported his success in these industries were a perfect fit for Water Treatment, where technical and mechanical know how is the difference between safe and unsafe water.

He has a deep care for people and an understanding and appreciation of the rugged beauty of Nova Scotia and Cape Breton. When he’s not working to make sure your water is safe to drink, you’ll find him camping, snowboarding, and coaching and training students in martial arts as well as maintaining his level 3 National Coaching Certification.

Reg Denning – Water Treatment Technician

Reg is our full-time water treatment technician. He has a gift for repair, and a knack for taking things apart and putting them back together again. This reliable fellow is beloved by our customers for his through knowledge of water treatment and installation. A natural at anything mechanical! He’s been serving customers with RenuWater Solutions since 2015.

Roxy Harris – Customer Service & Accounting Manager

Roxy is detailed, accurate, and dedicated to making sure our customers have a great experience with RenuWater Solutions. She’s been with us since 2016 and does a great job on keeping all of our ducks in line…She also practices Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, and is studying specialized counselling.
